HOW DO I ENROLL AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

Enrolling is easy - all you have to do it complete a registration card. New patients or existing patients that do not have dental insurance are eligible to enroll. The cost to join is $299 / year for an Individual plan and $499 / year for a Family plan (includes up to 4 family members and all must reside in the same household).

Once enrolled you will enjoy the benefits of the plan immediately. 15% off ALL general services (excluding whitening, occlusal guards, invisalign, retainers, and other limited services) and FREE preventive care (some restrictions apply).

Our office is committed to helping our patients maximize their insurance benefits.  Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith and cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time the service is rendered.

As a service to our patients, we will bill up to two insurance companies for the services we render.

Unfortunately we have recently had to go out of network with Delta Dental. We are happy to say we still accept Delta Dental as an out of network provider and will still gladly help our patients receive reimbursement for the services completed in our office. Please call our office to find out the new claims process for your specific Delta Dental plan.
